Ashton Kutcher's Ad Pulled Because People Can't Take a Damn Joke!

So I’ve been hearing about Kutcher’s Pop Chip ad all morning and just now, I read that it’s being pulled because it’s “racist.” He plays various characters in the commercial and one of them is Indian. I don’t understand why people can’t laugh at themselves for 5 seconds. You can’t take a joke? Everyone takes everything too seriously and eventually we’re just going to have all white people in the commercials because people are too sensitive to having one other race in another commercial.

Oh jesus..

I thought the commercial was funny with all the characters in the commercial. He is also an ACTOR. I don’t hear any backlash for his Karl Lagerfeld look-a-like. Like seriously people, it’s a joke, stop being so goddamn serious.

And for those who are going to ask “how would you feel if there was a commercial imitating your people?” I would care less. I’d laugh at the commercial because I CAN TAKE A JOKE. Might as well call every comedian racist because they do racist jokes too, and no one flips out on them.

(U.K) So this is a short article about Liam Stacey receiving jail time for his racist tweets against soccer player, Fabrice Muamba.

After all the Hunger Games racist tweets on the character Rue being a black girl, shouldn’t ALL the people who were “against” Rue being black receive jail time too? If America doesn’t give them jail time, then we’re are extremely racist (even though we all should know that by now).

For all those Hunger Games fans, the book did say that Rue is black, so don’t get mad that she is black in the movie. And plus, people should be getting mad that Katniss is played by a white girl. The actress didn’t have “olive skin” or “straight black hair.” Why isn’t the world getting mad at that?

The Walking Dead Season 2 Finale

All epicness upon epicness (as of yet)!!

Walkers, guns and humans go at it!!

I was going to blame the damn helicopter for bringing the damn walkers to the farm, but then I realized that it took them a long while til they got to the farm. Really, I should be blaming the gun shot that Shane did as he was being stabbed by Rick. But that’s ridiculously crazy how all these walkers just came to the farm.

I always say this about The Walking Dead - you don’t need to watch the whole episode to get the gist of what’s happening. The real exciting and important part is the last ten minutes of the show. Which has been true for most of the episodes I’ve watched and remembered how epic the last ten minutes are. Lol. But of course, the finale turned it around. The first 20 minuets were the most epic and the rest of the episode was not as exciting.

First, part of the group and escapes and somehow they all have the same mindset and decide to go back to the place where they lost Sophia and split up.

Second, when Rick’s car runs out of gas and he tells his wife that he killed Shane. Her reaction totally says that she loved Shane. I mean if she didn’t see how dickish Shane was then she’s blind. Oh by the way, I don’t like Shane. I actually wanted him dead and was happy and shocked at the same time when Rick killed Shane. And every time I think or talk bout Lori, I just here my co-worker saying “She’s such a whore. All the roles that she’s played, she played a whore.”

Then when they’re together near the fire and Rick goes off. I said to myself “Rick has turned into Shane.” He’s not as crazy as Shane was, but he could probably get there. But the producers did say on The Talking Dead that Rick was tired and now its a “Ricktatorship.” So I hope the group doesn’t fear him too much or decide to kill him.

Epicness upon epicness is when Andrea gets saved by the stranger in the hood with two armless walkers. Like where the hell did that come from? I know I texted my friend - Holy crap! and he responded with What the what?!!?!!?!?!!?

Found out from The Talking Dead who it was and who is playing this character (I’m a fan of the show and have not read the comics). And I’m really excited to see where this woman takes Andrea and what happens to Andrea. I kind of want her to find the group though.

I hope the group also finds the prison which is not far from them and hopefully that’s not filled with too many walkers and they can finally build a fort and live until whenever.

Urggh can’t believe I have to wait until the Fall for Season 3!!!

But until then! There’s The Walking Dead Social Game on Facebook coming out next month! :) I will be playing that!

Please make the days of March go faster so that we can finally meet when AMC’s The Walking Dead Social Game comes out on Facebook.

I hope I don’t too excited about this game that it totally sucks. But because I’m a fan and because I can’t wait for you to come, I probably will like the game and will be glued to my computer for months until the new season of The Walking Dead returns.

I have to say, I got super excited for you, April, when I heard the advertisement on the television. But unfortunately, the game is the only thing I’m excited about. I’m not excited about the month at all….

I just want to shoot walkers in the head and kill them.

My New Found Happiness: Heinz Ketchup Packets

I went to get food at Wendy’s and I received this new ketchup packet. I was astonished, excited and so happy that this new packet came out. It definitely makes it easier to eat and drive (even though you’re not supposed to do that! Shhhh). But once I got to work, all I can so was exclaim about this new found love!!

I know I’m late on this since it came out in September, but I guess I haven’t had fast food since then (wow that’s really long time for me) so forgive me on my lateness.

Bottom line, this ketchup packet is amazing! AND it holds more ketchup!!!! It’s probably weird to hear someone so excited about ketchup packets but I get excited really easily and it’s just so convenient. It’s a two in one packet damn it! I won’t be going to fast food restaurants just for the packets though, that wouldn’t be a good habit. But whenever I do get fast food and I receive these lovely packets, I will stay excited about them. :)

Just got finished watching this for the first time and…that shit was cray! It was the best movie I’ve seen in a while. Happy I didn’t see it in the theater though, because I would have ruined some dramatic parts with my laughter i.e. when her knees snap back and when she basically tells her crazy ass momma that she’s a basic bish..she was like “I.AM.THE.SWAN.QUEEN, you never got out the hood!”. It was amazing, and I will def. watch it again with the Mister when time allows.

What are you thinking looking at this picture? You’re probably thinking the same thing that people sitting behind me on the train were thinking. Shakes head. But when I turned to this page, I was like “oh my god, someone is going to see this.” I was embarrassed at first because there was woman sitting next to me and she could clearly see what I’m reading. But I got over it and continued reading. And plus, I just ignored the images and read the text. LOL

This is from Fun Home by Alison Bechdel. AND I’m reading it for class. Yes, my professor chose this book for us to read. It’s not a pornographic book, the author is telling her story the way it happened. And I guess she just happened to think those things while she was eating out her girlfriend.

I like graphic novels, but I haven’t read one where they were actually as graphic as this one. LOL. So I was a little taken back, but it’s a book you’re either interested in or forced to read. So fuck it… just keep reading til you get to the next page and hope that the page after is not as graphic as that. LOL

This song feels so short that I play it several times because it has such a good beat, its fun and makes me want to dance. It also reminds me of the 60s, I think that’s the era, probably 60s-early 70s music-wise.

Weekend Simple Pleasures

This weekend has been soo busy and a lot of fun.

So many simple pleasures, made me a very happy birthday girl :)

Finally made gingerbread houses with the girls which was a lot of fun and surprisingly we didn’t eat the candy while making the houses.

On the side, I have a snowman made out of hershey kisses and jelly beans. I call him my alien snowman since he does look like one and he’s just adorable! and why making them we watched Jeff Dunham to get a few laughs in.

Afterwards, we headed off to Lips in NYC for my birthday. Had loads of fun and had my 15 seconds on stage. Great time with the girls :)

The dolled up on was our waitress, Eva, she’s was great and she performed on stage too!

Lastly, today Dunder Mifflin is handing out free paper in LA,NYC, and Chicago. Since I’m a fan of The Office, I got my free paper. Best birthday present ever! lol. I’m not opening the pack at all! lol

Childhood Simple Pleasure: Gingerbread houses.

So for my 21st birthday, we are going to do probably one of the most childish things ever. We’re going to make gingerbread houses.

Now I’m super excited for this because my friend has never made one before (she thought gingerbread houses were cakes) and because it’s quality time with my closest friends.

I know it’s going to be fun and we’re going to have a great time. I actually can’t wait for Saturday to make some gingerbread houses and a bunch of mess and candy eating. LOL.
